New York: Six Indian nationals while trying to enter the US illegally from Canada have been arrested by the US authorities with Improper Entry by Alien in violation of US law.
The age of the arrested persons is said to be between 19 and 21 years. All these people were on a boat.
The case is being linked to human trafficking and the seventh detained person is an American citizen, media reports said.
Meanwhile, US police arrested all people and if they found guilty, all can be sentenced to 10 years in prison along with a fine.
