Ottawa: The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has launched a fresh investigation into the dumping and subsidizing of certain container chassis, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, which caused injury to the domestic industry. The complainant in this case was Max‑Atlas Équipement International Inc., of Saint‑Jean‑sur‑Richelieu, Quebec.

The Tribunal will issue the reasons for its finding on March 7, 2022, officials said in a statement.

llllklcustoms and excise tax rulings. When requested by the federal government, the Tribunal also provides advice on other economic, trade and tariff matters.
