Monkeypox outbreaks in Canada, 12 cases detected

Vancouver: Monkeypox virus has gripped Canada, which is spreading its tentacles in all the provinces of the country. People are being reassured by the Canadian Ministry of Health that the disease is not deadly but there is fear in the minds of those who have suffered the corona outbreak.

Monkeypox virus was reportedly detected in two patients during testing in Montreal about five days ago. After this patients suffering from this virus have also been traced in some other states. By this evening, the number of patients suffering from monkeypox in various hospitals of the country had reached around 12.

According to the Health Department, due to this infectious disease, high fever and light grains appear on the body and cause severe pain in the joints. According to reports issued by the department there is no need to fear the monkeypox virus as its treatment and medicines are already available in hospitals.

People have been instructed not to go to the two crowded places after examining two patients suffering from monkeypox in Toronto. According to the health department, a patient infected with the monkeypox virus is affected by skin touch, sharing of clothes, eating and drinking juices and sitting with him for a long time. The health department is also ascertaining whether the virus came from abroad through a patient or originated here.
