Startup offers Indian food service in Canada
TORONTO: Not only Indians have migrated to Canada but they have also took concept of home food along with them. In an interestingly and overwhelmingly accepted by locals, a new concept of the ‘dabbawalla’, offering home-made cocked food has been launched by a group of Indians.
The Toronto-based startup has launched an app to provide this service and they named it ‘Tiffin Service’.
In this service, they provide meals that from Kerala, Punjab or Gujarat, among others to cater maximum customers according to their taste.
The service has been launched in May by Pumpkin Kart, offering lunch or dinner plans to people through the app and it is currently available in Greater Toronto Area.
