Kentucky man shoots six, kills two police officers
Washington: In the US state of Kentucky, the suspected accused opened fire with a rifle at police officers who had gone to execute the warrants issued by the court, resulting in the death of two police officers and injuring six others.
Slain officers were identified as Deputy William Petry and Prestonsburg police Captain Ralph Frasure.
The injured are under going treatment and stated to be critical. The investigation is underway to identify and nab accused involved in the shootout while a 49-year-old Lance Storz was taken to custody in this case.
