Las Vegas journalist dies in stabbing incident outside home
Washington: A journalist was found dead outside his home on Saturday in Las Vegas, USA. The Washington Post reported that police found reporter Jeff German, 69, dead outside his home at around 10:30 a.m. (local time), police said here on today.
According to Captain Dory Koren of Las Vegas Police at a news conference, the German had an altercation with another man on Friday. As a result, he was stabbed. Glen Cook, executive editor of the Review-Journal, was said that he was the gold standard of the news business. He said the German had not reported any concerns for his safety.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers were notified of the incident on 911. Officers who arrived at the scene found journalist Jeff German in a dead position at around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Jeff German was stabbed with a knife. Police said that the incident poses no threat to the public.
