Netflix hikes monthly subscription prices in US, Canada
Ottawa: Netflix has increased the subscription price in the United States and Canada.
Officials claimed that this move is to generate revenue to produce new content compete in the crowded streaming TV market.
As per the revised rates, two simultaneous streams will costs $15.49 per month, up from $13.99 in the United States while the standard plan to cost C$16.49 from C$14.99 in Canada.
