Shooting in Toronto kills 1, injured 3
Toronto: One person was killed and three others were injured in a shooting in Toronto Community Housing highrise in Parkdale.
The incident, which took place around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Queen Street West Area on Dunn Avenue, prompted police officers to rush to the scene.
According to initial reports, one person received bullet injuries in the incident, but police said they found another injured person in a residential building with gunshot wounds after reaching the spot.
Toronto police said one person was pronounced dead on the scene and the other was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police officials found the third injured person on a TTC bus on Queen Street, Acting Insp. Craig Young. He was also injured due to bullet injuries.
Toronto police said the fourth injured man reached the hospital on his own. The condition of both is not clear.
Investigators are on the lookout for a attacker, who is said to be in his 30s who was last seen wearing black.
